Boat Rules
Your captain will contact you for charter details and to review the rules of the boat. Please have your photo ID ready at the time of boarding. The boat is not permitted to leave the dock until ID has been verified.
- Arrive 15-20 minutes prior to departure
- Matching photo ID required at check in.
- Renter is required to verify their identity prior to boarding.
- No illegal drugs
- No open flames
- No red wine or red drinks
- No red foods or fruits
- No shoes on the boat
- No spray-on tanning lotion – Obey the Captain at all times
The booking fee is non-refundable immediately after payment is made, regardless of departure date.
Free cancellations up to 30 days before departure date. The reservation fee is non-refundable.
Refund of 50% of reservation costs for cancellations between 14-30 days before departure date. The reservation fee is non-refundable.
